In-person sessions are offered in Bellingham, Washington. Telehealth sessions are available for all those living within Washington State.

Sessions are 55-minutes in length and are offered Monday through Thursday by appointment.

My standard fee is $155. Payment is due at the time of your appointment. I accept cash, check, debit or credit cards including cards linked to your health savings account (HSA).

I accept LifeWise, Premera Blue Cross, First Choice Health, and Kaiser PPO (not Core/HMO) insurance.

You may take advantage of my portal to self-schedule appointments, access invoices and superbills, and pay your balance with a card. You can also request appointment reminders via email or text.

Folks seeking therapy: I am not currently taking new clients.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: To avoid full charge, notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
